Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a work session Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Chris Olney, Skylar Limkemann, Al Havens, Eric Schnedler. Jim Bartels arrived at 6:16 PM. Others present City Clerk Abigail Hora. B. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval Motion to approve agenda by Schnedler. Second by Olney. All ayes, agenda approved. C. Discussion and Presentation of the Revised Prairie Village Part Three OPD Site Plan For Developer Direction Only Discussion: Developer Matt Adam present to discuss the changes based off conversations with Doug Boldt and Brian Shay. D. Discussion and Consideration of an Urban Chicken Ordinance for the City of Tiffin Discussion: Mayor Berner and Council decided to move forward with setting the date for a public hearing. E. Questions from Council Members regarding items on the Regular City Council Agenda F. Other Business G. Adjournment Motion to approve to agenda by Schnedler. Second by Limkemann. Roll Call The City of Tiffin City Council held a regular session Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at the City Hall: Council Chambers. Mayor Berner called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. Upon roll being called the following members were present: Skylar Limkemann, Chris Olney, Eric Schnedler, Al Havens and Jim Bartels. Others present City Clerk Abigail Hora. Roll Call: Bartels, Havens, Olney, Schnedler, Limkemann. All ayes, motion carried. 2. Resolution No. 2021-056 A Resolution Approving an Electric Facilities Construction and Payment Agreement between Central Iowa Power Cooperative, the City of Tiffin and the City of North Liberty Regarding the Construction of a New Transmission Line.
