1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson, Mayor Yu called the Audit Standing Committee meeting to order at
9:00 P.M.

3. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
4. CONSENT CALENDAR —The minutes for the March 2016, were approved.
5. NEW BUSINESS —
A. Roger Alfaro updated the Audit Committee on the Interim Fieldwork that will be
completed on Friday, June 17, 2016, for the FY ending June 30, 2016. The information
discussed is included in Attachment "A".
6. OTHER UPDATES FROM THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES - None
7. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
8. SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING DATE — To be determined
