AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
2006-2007 ANNUAL BUDGET WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND BY AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE JEFFERSON CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT
TO RECOGNIZE A GRANT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby granted a supplemental appropriation within the General
Fund to the Jefferson City Police Department Budget Account in the net amount
$27,800.00 as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto, for a Missouri State Emergency
Management Agency LETPP-Interoperable Communication Grant Program.
Section 2. There is hereby granted a supplemental appropriation with the Local
Grants Fund to the Jefferson City Police Department Budget Account in the net amount
of $500.00 as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto, for a Wal-mart grant to the Taser
program.
• Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
