Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:48 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
ROLLCALL
PRESENT: Councilmember -Chavez, Yu, Man (arrived at 6:49 p.m.),
Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember-Fish
ALSO PRESENT: Assistant City Attorney Murphy and City Clerk Kuo
Council member Chavez made a motion to excuse Councilmember Fish and Mayor
ProTem Man. Seconded by Councilmember Yu.

City Council recessed to closed session at 6:48 p.m. and reconvened at 7:30
p.m. with all members present.
Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed
Session and gave direction to City Attorney regarding a settlement
agreement. The terms and agreement will be made available after it has
been finalized. There is no other reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
