CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.04-71
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS REGARDING PARK RIDGE ACRES
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, by resolution adopted on November 16, 2004, the city council accepted the
feasibility report on the proposed street and utility improvements for Park Ridge Acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for
the improvements and shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of the improvements.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Weir, Zietlow, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
