RESOLUTION NO.04-75
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2004 TAX LEVY, COLLECTABLE IN 2005
Be it resolved, by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the
following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2005, upon the taxable
property in the City of Medina, for the following purposes: To raise $1,669,760 as adequate
revenue for the general operating budget.
Total levy $1,669,760
The City Administrator -Clerk, Chad M. Adams, is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of
this resolution to the county auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Workman, Weir, Smith
and the following voted against same:
Zietlow, Brinkman
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
