Mayor Vahlsinq nresidi-^- and. council.m -n. Hook- Riekena-
Kuper- Huisman and Spie'rer present.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and on motion by
Huisman second by Spieker•annroved ad read.
It was moved by Hook second by Riekena, that 'NO PARvTTTG'
signes be placed on west 4th street, in front of the
Okones Implement Co, place of business.
It was moved by Kuner second by Huisman that the Clerk
order 4 'no Par -ins signs- Carried.

Special Meeting
':iayor Vahlsing called a meeting of the council.
Councilmen oresent were Riekena- Huisman- Kuper- Spieker.
Mayor Vahlising presided arE stated the purpose of the
meeting was to consider ways and Peans to enlarge the
Sand filter beds at the Disnosal lant, and such other
business as may come before the council.
After some discussion and considerations,it was deemed
advisable to contact a Utilities Engineer to make a survey
and es+imate as to the cost thereof.
It was moved by Spieker second by Kuper that the Clerk -
contact an Engineer and. have him meet witil the council, as
soon as possible. carried.
The matter of Extending dater Mains was also discussed, and
made a matter for future reference.
On motion the Clerk was directed to j,rite the State
Fire Marshall to come to Wellsburg; and ins-ect buildings
relating to Fire ha7a.rds and danger.
There being no other business it was ved. to adjourn.
