RESOLUTION AWARDING AN AGREEMENT TO COMCAST
COMMERCIAL ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. TO PROVIDE
1NTERNET SERVICE AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOI,VED by thc Mayor and Council of thc Borough of Cartcret that
Comcast Commercial Online Communications, Inc. is hereby awarded a
contract to install and provide Internct Service to the Borough of Carterct's
("the Borough") Municipal Facilities in an amount not to exceed thc following:
2000 - $6000
2001 - $12,000
2002 - $$,000
BE IT FURTHER RESOI,VED that this award is made without competitive
bidding in that the amount for each 5ear does not exceed the bid threshold.
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED that thc Mayor and Borough Clerk bc and
arc hereby authorized to execute thc agreement with Comcast. (a copy of
which is attached) on behalf of thc Borough.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEI) that this Resolution shall be advertised as
proscribed by htw.
