CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2005-02
RESOLUTION AFFIRMING APPROVAL OF 2000-2020
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council is requesting a copy of a City of Medina
resolution adopting the 2000-2020 Comprehensive Plan for Tier II Sanitary Sewer approval; and
WHEREAS, the city council of the City of Medina approved the 2000-2020
Comprehensive Plan on September 11, 2000; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the City of Medina,
Minnesota to affirm that the 2000-2020 Comprehensive Plan has been adopted as the growth and
development plan for the city.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Cavanaugh, Weir, Workman, Smith, Brinkman
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
