CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2005-07
RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE APPROVAL TO THE CITY
OF MEDINA FOR A WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, the City of Medina (the "Applicant") has applied for site plan approval for a
Water Treatment Plant; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant's request was considered by the planning commission at its
February 8, 2005 meeting; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant's request was considered by the city council at its meeting on
February 15, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the city council has concluded that the site plan is consistent with the
applicable ordinances and in the best interest of the community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Medina,
that site plan approval be granted to the Applicant.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Smith and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
