CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2005-16
RESOLUTION MODIFYING RESOLUTION NO.04-61
WHEREAS, on October 19, 2004, the city council of the city of Medina (the "City") adopted
Resolution No. 04-61 granting preliminary approval to the plat of Keller Estates; and
WHEREAS, the Medina city code required that Keller Estates, LLC (the "Applicants") submit the
final plat for approval within 180 days of the date of the resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has been unable to fulfill a condition of preliminary plat approval
regarding wetland mitigation due to unique circumstances between the city of Medina and the
Minnehaha Creek watershed district; and
WHEREAS, the Applicants have requested additional time before having to submit the final plat as
a result of issues related to the wetland mitigation process.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota,
as follows:
1. The Applicants shall be given until July 5, 2005 to submit the plat of Keller Estates
for final approval; and
2. All other terms and conditions of Resolution No. 04-61 are hereby reaffirmed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cavanaugh upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Brinkman, Smith)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
