It is recommended that the Tentative Map of Ifall-Wing Professional Building
Condominium be approved subject to.the requirements of the Napa Municipal Code
and the Public Works Department which includes the following:
1. Compliance with the requirements of the Uniform Building Code.
2. Compliance with requirements of Napa Sanitation District.
3. Transfer of the maintenance responsibility for the handicap parking
s'pace on Third Street to the Condominium owners association.
