NOW, TIIERF. FORE BE IT RESOLVED, that tine Mayor and CoLmcil of tine
Borougln of Carterct does hereby approve tine appointment of Killam 8,: Associates tit a
nnaximum cost o~' not to exceed $2200.00 per attached contract; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEI) that thc Mayor and Borough Clerk are hereby
althol-izod to execute said contract.
