RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY'S PROPOSED
AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council of Marcus, Iowa has prepared amendment to the f
Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2024; and
WHEREAS, the City did hold a public hearing regarding this proposed budget
amendment on April 8`h at 5:00 PM at the Marcus City Hall, at 222 N Main St, Marcus,
Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Marcus, Iowa, approval of budget amendment for Fiscal Year 2024.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Marcus City Council of the City of
Marcus,Iowa,that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute
said resolution.
