RESOLUTION NO.2005-21
RESOLUTION RELINQUISHING ASSESSMENT FOR
KEARIN PARCEL
WHEREAS, David Kearin has requested that his parcel, Property Identification Number (PID) 30-
118-23-23-0007 be relinquished of sewer assessments levied in 1975 as the parcel never received
sewer access; and,
WHEREAS, the assessment for PID 30-118-23-23-0007 has been deferred for Green Acres; and
WHEREAS, an unpaid balance of $3,933.63 (principal of $1592.55 plus 7% annual interest) is
now payable and remains on PID 30-118-23-23-0007; and
WHEREAS, the Park Ridge Acres development, which includes PID 30-118-23-23-0007 will be
required to pay sewer connection fees as part of the City's Fee Schedule, and as required in the
City's Developer Agreement for Park Ridge Acres.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, that
$3,933.63 of unpaid assessments on PID 30-118-23-23-0007 be relinquished.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
