SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 21, 2001
- The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a Speciai Meeting at 11330 Bullis
Road on the above date at 9:25 a.m.
v Mayor Richards presiding.
��';, Councilmen Byrd, Rea, Sanchez, Reyes, and Richards answered the roll call.

Also present were City Manager Davis, Assistant City Attorney Calsada, Project
Manager Jackson and City Treasurer Pygatt.
Project Nlanager Jackson announced that the agenda had been posted in
accordance with the Brown Act. .

Mayor Richards reorganized the agenda and asked that the Joint Closed Session
Items be heard first, as well as the Need Jtems.

It was moved by Counciiman Reyes, seconded by Councilman Byrd to hear
