presiding. Council members present: Ebert, Jenness, Whited, Edwards. Also, present;
Doug Dreckman, Matt Dreckman
Pledge of Allegiance
Matt Dreckman, Public Works proposed a plan to the Council to improve the Golf
Course Driveway to eliminate potholes. Schmillen Construction has offered to donate
the use of equipment and time to haul crushed asphalt to build up the driveway. Jeff
Holmes is offering his time to grade the driveway. City Crews would also help with the
hauling. The City would pay for materials only. Motion by Jenness to approve moving
forward with this project with the condition that dedicated Sand Seed funds be used,
seconded by Edwards. Ayes: Jenness, Whited, Edwards. Nayes: none. Abstain: Ebert
Motion by Jenness, seconded by Whited to approve cement to be poured in front of golf
cart shed number 3 to close the gap between the ground and the door. This should be
less than a yard. Ayes: Jenness, Whited, Edwards. Nayes: none. Abstain: Ebert.
Motion by Ebert, seconded by Edwards to adjourn 7:53 am. Ayes: All Nayes: none.
Motion carried.
