TYie City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at 11330 Bullis
Road on the above date at 9:55 a.m. `

=,� ' Councilmen Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Sanchez and Richards answered the roll cali for
all agencies.
Also present were City Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever and City Treasurer
Pygatt.
City Clerk Hooper was absent.
Project Manager Jackson announced that the agenda had been posted in '
accordance with the Brown Act.

With respect to every item of business to be discussed in Closed Session

It was moved by Mayor Pro Tem Sanchez, seconded by Councilman Byrd and
carried to recess to Closed Session at 9:57 a.m.
Council reconvened at 11:15 a.m.
City Attorney Thever stated Council met on the aforementioned matters and
stated:
0 4a. No reportable action on placing the Community
Development Director Administrative Leave for� a Performance
Evaluation.

• Stated he wanted to be in on the discussion during Closed Session but did not
have an opportunity. Stated he was amazed at what was happening.

_ Councilman Rea suggested a special meeting to be scheduled next week to
discuss the E-Govemment Item, and asked that staff tone down the weekly
project reports or schedule more that one meeting during the week.
