CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2005-33
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES TO MNDOT CONSTRUCTION
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Medina enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 87917
with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of the costs of the
access closure and gravel road construction and other associated construction to be performed
upon, along and adjacent to Spruce Way from Town Line Road to Trunk Highway No. 12 within
the corporate City limits under State Project No. 2713-91(T.H. 12=010).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Administrator -Clerk are
authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Brinkman)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
