Councilmen Byork, Morris, Rowe and Higgins answered the roll call. Councilman Green was absent. Also present were City Attorney Murphy and City Manager Valliere. It was moved by Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman Byork, and carried, that Councilman Green's absence be excused. Absent: Councilman Green. MANAGEMENT STUDIES C.V.Disposal The City Manager reported that C. V. Disposal, Inc. Refuse Collec. submitted the lowest bid for refuse collection contract services. The charge for single residential dwelling per month will be $2.92, for multiple residential dwelling per month, $2.41. Mr. Don Snavely, Director of Parks .and Recreation discussed what services will be provided under the agreement. The Mayor advised that the Chamber of Commerce, by letter of June 27, 197 withdrew request for Council consideration of AB 105. BUDGET The budget for 1978-79 was presented by the City 197-79 Budget Manager for Council approval. The City Manager app'd stated that the budget has been reduced by 20~ and the work force by 24~.
