ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OCTUBER 10, 19'(8
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in an adjourned
regular session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above
date at 3 p.m.
Mayor Higgins in the chair.
Councilmen Byork, Green, ,Morris acid Higgins answered the roll
call. Councilman Rowe was absent.

Also present were City Attorney Murphy and City Manager Valliere.
The City Manager stated that Messrs. Richard L. Danson, James F.
Hays and Dale Levander, Economic Planning Consultants, were
present to discuss proposals for implementation of Economic
Development Planning Program. It was moved by Councilman Green,
seconded by Councilman Morris, and carried, that Council adjourn
to executive session to interview consultants on an individual
basis.
Following executive session, Council reconvened. It was moved
by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman Byork that the City
Manager be authorized to interview Mr. Dale Levander and report
back to Council.
The Mayor declared the meeting adjourned to October 17, 1978
at 7 p.m.
