Councilmen Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe and Higgins answered the roll call. Also present were City Attorney Murphy and .Acting City Manacrer Johnson. The agenda for the regular meeting of November 21, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. was discussed. The Mayor recommended that Council hold an adjourned regular meeting on November 28, 1978, for review of amended budget.
