Councilmen Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe and Higgins answeresd the roll call. Also present were City Attorney Murphy and City Manager Valliere. It wad moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Council- man Byork, and carried that minutes of the adjourned regular meeting and regular meeting of December 19, 1978 be approved as written. MANAGEMENT STUDIES The C~,ty Manager reported that a new amplifier and phasiMg system are needed for the public address system in thQ Council Chambers and recommended purchase of Model MFA-100 Solid State Public Address System from Radio Shack for $199.95. It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Mayor Higgins, that Council concur in the recommendation. Roll Call: Ayes: Councilmen Byork, Green, Morris, Rowe and Higgins. Noes: bone. Absent: None.
