HomeMy Public PortalAboutOrdinance 2739ORDINANCE NO. 2739 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE RE-APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW ADRIVE-THROUGH ON LOT 7 OF THE MEIJER PLAINFIELD SUBDIVISION EAST OF ROUTE 59 AND SOUTH OF 135T" STREET, PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield has previously approved the application for a special use permit to allow adrive-through operation as part of a financial institution be granted and has made certain findings based on the evidence presented to it in said case that: a. The special use will not be injurious to the use and enjoyment of other property in the immediate area for the purposes already permitted, nor substantially diminish and impair property values within the neighborhood; and b. The establishment of the special use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the adjacent property for uses permitted within the district. WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield approved the Site Plan for Chase Bank on October 15, 2007. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL AND KENDALL COUNTIES, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield hereby re-approve the application by the owner for a special use permit to allow adrive-through operation as part of a financial institution through August 5, 2008 for the following tract of land to wit: LOT 7 OF THE MEIJER PLAINFIELD SUBDIVISION A PART OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 36 NORTH, RANGE 9 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 2739. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required by law.
