The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at 1133� Bullis
Road on the above date at 9:10 a.m. • .
Mayor Richards presiding.
•� Counciimen Byrd, Reyes, Sanchez and RichardS answered the joint roll call for

Councilman Rea was absent.
Aiso present were City. Manager Davis, City Attorney Thever, Project Manager
Jackson, and City Treasurer Pygatt.
' City Clerk Hooper was absent.
• � Project Manger Jackson announced, that the agenda had been posted in
accordance with the Brown Act.

carried to hear the Subsequent Need Item:

in a Joint Closed Session.

City Attorney Thever stated with respect to every item of business to be
discussed in Joint Closed Session pursuant to Section 54956.9: '
• City of Lynwood & Cal Trans
• Public Employee Perforrnance Evaluation
• Threat to Public Services or Facilities
It was moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded 6y Councilman Reyes antl ca�ried
to recess to Joint Closed Session at 9:15 a.m.
City Treasurer Pygatt arrived at 9:40 a.m. -�
Council reconvened at 10:35 a.m.

City Attorney Thever stated that Council met on the aforementioned matters and
stated on;
• City of Lynwood & Cal Trans — Bring Back '
• Public Employee Performance Evaluation - 3 to 1 basis (Councilman
Reyes Dissenting)
• Threat to Public Services or Facilities — Bring Back
• Subsequent Need Item'. Council instructed the City Manager to have Mr.
Hardeman proceed with preparing the necessary course of action to
publicize the position of the City to the community.
Item #4: STRATEGIC PLAN & IMPLEMENTATION
• Budget Workshop: Public Safety, Environmental Services, CiP
Mayor Richards stated he would like tliis Item to be brought back to the next
Special Meeting. .

Councilman Reyes and carried to adjourn the meeting at 10:40 a:m. . �
