REGULAR ADJOURI.ED =TIPG
A regular adjourned meeting of the Town Commission of the
Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, was held at the Town hall of staid
Tovm at 7 :30 o'clock P. L:., January 8, 1929.
Commissioners Charles . Rugg ale s, K`ayor, Frank KI. Swanson,
Vice 'ayor and Phil T,.'. Cason, Town Clerk, were present.
The Clerk presented to the Commissioners for their e-_amina-
tion and approval the follovring form ballot, to—wit:

The Clerk further explained that the only Iparties filing
necessary credentials to have names placed on the ballots were
11auriee 1. DeParlier for Mayor; H. E. Adams for Vice- Mayor;and
L. K. Hoss for Town Clerk.
Ir. a, ;arson moved that the ballot be approved as printed,
and after examining the printed ballots, ordered the same placed
in the ballot box, together with the qualified list of voters.
This motion was duly seconded and carried. The Mayor and Clerk
proceeded to seal the ballot box enclosing official ballots,
qualified list of voters and other election equipment, and in-
structed the Clerk to deliver the same to the Clerk and Inspector
A.M.
of the special election at 8 O'clocktA January 9, 1929.
On motion made by Mr. Swanson, seconded and carried, it
was moved that when this meeting adjourned, they adjourn to hold
a second reCular adjourned meeting. on January 10, 1929, for the
purpose of canvassing the returns of the special election to be
held on January 9, 1929.
There being no further business to come before the Com-
missioners, they were regularly adjourned.
