CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2005-46
RESOLUTION REAFFIRMING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR JJZ ADDITION
WHEREAS, Larry R. Zilverberg and Susan E. Zilverberg (the "Applicants") are the
fee owners of land in Medina located at 820 Navajo Road, which land the Applicants have platted
as JJZ Addition; and
WHEREAS, final plat approval was granted by the Medina city council for JJZ
Addition on October 7, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the plat of JJZ Addition was not filed with Hennepin County within 60
days of that date and it is necessary for the City to reaffirm its approval of the plat in order to allow
it to be filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the city council of the city of
Medina, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the city hereby reaffirms its final plat approval for JJZ Addition, which
plat must be filed with Hennepin County within 60 days of the date of this resolution. Thereafter,
the approval hereby granted shall be null and void and of no further force and effect.
2. Nothing herein shall be deemed to alter the terms and conditions of the final
plat approval granted by the city on October 7, 2003, pursuant to Resolution 03-34, with the
exception of the extension of the date for final plat filing.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Brinkman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Brinkman, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Weir)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
