REGULAR ADJOU=ED I.=TING
r; regular adjourned raeeting of the Town Commission of the
Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, was held at the Town Hall of said
Town on January 10, 1929.
Commissioners Charles H. Ruggles, Lliyor, Frank M. Swanson,
Vice- hayor, and Phil Y. Cason, Town Clerk, were present.
The Inspector and Clerk of the special municipal election
held January 91 1929, filed the follo-vaing report of the holding
of said election, to -wit:

Dated at Gulf Stream, Florida, this 11th. day
of January, n. D. 1929. �
After carefully examining the report, L:r. Swanson moved
that the report be adopted as read by th.e Inspector and Clerk,
and that tie results of said election were as follows:
M. L. DeParlier, elected I:ayor;
H. E. Adams, elected Vice- Kayor; end
L. K. Hoss, elected Torm Clerk;
all of such officers of t:ie Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, duly and
regularly elected to hold of ice until -their successors are elect-
ed and qualified.
The Town Clerk, Phil Y. Cason, administered the oath of
office, as described in the Torm Charter, to ?.:a.urice L. DeParlier;
and the I.:a.yor, I.au.rice L. DeParlier, in turn administered the
oath of office to I. "s. Adams and Is. Hoss, and the retiring P.ayor,
C. Rugc;les, turned over the books and papers of the Torn of
Gulf Stream to the newly elected and qualified Tovm Commission.
There being no further business to come before the Commis-
sion, they were regularly adjourned.
