I'IINUTES TOWN COLMISSIOI:, JANUARY 19, 1929.
tL regular meeting of the Tovin Cormiission of the Town
of Gulf Stream, Florida, was held at the Tovrn Hall of said
Tovin on t_ie 19th L�.y of January, 1929.
Commissioners I:aurice L. DeParlier, I.Iayor, H. E. kdams,
vice -i::a or, ,-end L. h. Hoss, Clerl., were present.
L:r. Shearson of the Gulf Stream Golf Club and Is. alley
of the Palm Beach Company appeared before the Cormaission and
discu:.:ed the advisability of reincorporating the Town of Gulf
Stream. i1.fter considerable discussion Frith attorney C. r. Byrd
of the City of Delray Beach, it was decided to instruct Lr.
Byrd to proceed with the re- incorporation of the Town at an
early date. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, attorney
Byrd was instructed to prepare necessar�r Charter for re- incorpor-
ation, )ublish necessary notice of intention to apply to the
Legislature for the passaCe of said bill, aad such other ler,a.1
steps as he may require for the -)er ection of said re- incormora-
tion, expense of handling said re- incorporation charter not to
e_:ceed :250.00.
There being no further business to come before the r:eeting,
tl-,.ey were re €,'alarly adjourned.
