I'ROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, there exists a need for professional serx ices to provide additional
coordination and inspection services in com~cction with the Cooke AVCIILIC
Scxxcr Rehabilitation and Pershing Avenue Sex'roi' Separation; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:ll 5(Ii(a) professional scr'~iccs are
exempt from thc requirements (il' compctiti;e bidding: and
~,VIIEREAS, thc local finance officer has ccrtified that funds arc available.
NO\V, TIIEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Cartcrct does hereby approve the appointment of Killam and
Associates a maximum cost of not to exceed $5200.00 billable per attached
