SPECIAL MEETING DECEMBER 8, 1981
The City Council of the City of Lynwood met in a special
session in the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, on above
date at 4 p.m.
Mayor Byork in the chair.
Councilmen Green, Morris, Rowe, Thompson and Byork
~.. answered the roll call.
Also present were City Manager Weaver and City Attorney
McEwen.
Council adjourned to executive session for the purpose of
discussing personnel matters. Following the executive
session, the meeting was reconvened.
It was moved by Councilman Morris, seconded by Councilman Appointment
Green, to appoint Charles Gomez as Acting City Manager, Charles Gome
effective December 16, 1981, with a salary of $3, 666.67 Acting City
per month and a car allowance of $280 per month. Manager

Absent: None
It was moved by Councilman Green, seconded by Councilman
Morris, and carried, that the meeting be adjourned.
