ORDINANCE NO I q��
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION TO THE JEFFERSON CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT
AND AMENDING THE 2006-2007 ANNUAL BUDGET WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby granted a supplemental appropriation within the General
Fund to the Jefferson City Police Department Budget Account in the net amount
$40,549.99 as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto, for a Missouri State Emergency
Management Agency grant.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
