A meeting of the Town Commissioners of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, was held at the Town Hall of said Town on the 17th day of March, A. D. 1928. Commissioner Frank ET. Swanson was present and Commissioners Ruggles and Cason were absent. There being less than a quorum of the Commissioners present, Mr. Swanson moved to adjourn said meeting until April 219 19289 as provided in Article 1, Section 4, of the Charter Act of said town.
