HomeMy Public PortalAbout2005-060 Resolution Entering into Traffic Signal AgreementMember Cavanaugh introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2005-60 RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, to enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: Remove the existing Traffic Control Signal and install a new Traffic Control Signal with Street Lights, Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption, and Signing on Trunk Highway No. 55 at County State Aid Highway No. 19 in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 88211, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Administrator -Clerk are hereby authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
