RESOLUTION O.r INTEIdTION TO ABATE DRY AND DRYING WEEDS ON
CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAI�TD IN THE CI3'Y OF ZYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, Ghanter 13 of the Government Code, cited as ltWeed and Rubbish
Abateme.nt'� provides for ab�.tement of dry and drying weeds tbat constitute a public
nuisance, and
WHERE.AS, it has been brought to the attention of the City Council of
the City of Lynwood by the Superintendent of Streets that there eaists a public nuisance
on certa,in parcels of land in the City of Lynwood, as hereina.fter more particularly
described,

1. That a public nuisance eaists upon the parcels of laud, lots, or

Chapter 13, Sections �9500 et seQ., cited as �'Weed and Rubbish Aba.tement°, and
amendments thereto.
4�. Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, the 20th day of Ma.rch,
