TrJ'FLEREAS, by Resolution No. 2629 adopted December 20th, 1 955, in the
�roceeding for the for�ation of a Vehicle Parking District in the Ci�y of Lynwood,
this City Council ordered a report nrevared by the City Engineer under and pursuant
to the nrovisions of the Special Assessment Limit�,tion, Investiga,tion a.nd Majority
Protest Act of 19?1, as amended, i3� a pro?�osed nroceeding for the acquisition of
cert� in �roperty in the City of I,vnwood for �nzblic p�.rking purposes, and
WHERF;AS, the City Engineer Y�,s nre�ared sa.id re�ort and presented the
sarie to this Gity Council and this City Council has ex�,mined said revort;
TTC:�+' TH�pE�ORE tne City Council of the City of Lynwood does he�•eby
resolve a.s follows:
Section 1; That the said City Council does hereby apnrove said report
and orders tna,t said renort be filed with the City Clerk.
Section 2: The City Council hereby fixes the 7th day of .r�ebruary,
1956 at the hour of 8 o�clocri p.�. as t�e day and hour, and the Council Chambers
of the Citv Hall, 11330 Bullis Roa.d in the City of Lynwood, California, as the �lace
when a.nd where a.ny and all persons interested may a.ppea.r before said City Council
and be heard on any matter pertaining to sa.id report.
Section 'i; T�at the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood is hereby
directed to give notice o� said hea.ring in the time, form, and ma,nner prescribed
by Section 2.851 of said Streets and Highways Code referred to and cited a.s SAecial
Assessment Limita.tion, Investi�tion a.nd. P�lajority Protest Act of 1931, as a,mended.
