l�HER�;AS, the City Council of the City of I,ynwood did in. open session
on the 20th day of December, i955 Publicly open, examine, and declare all sealed
�nroroosals or bid_s for the following; work to be done a.nd improvement to be made in
sa,id City, ta-wit: All tha.t certa.in work and improvement set forth in Resolution
of Intention ido. 2618 r�a.ssed �nd adopted by said City Oouncil on the 18th day of
October, 195� which Resolution of Intention is on file in the office of the CitS
Clerk of said City and is hereby referred to for a description of said work or
in�rovement, the boundaries of the district to be assessed to pay the costs and
expenses of said work and for further particulars.

and it d.oes hereby reject a.11 of said pronosa.ls or bids except the negt herein men..
tioned, and hereby awa.rds the contr�,ct for doing said work or improvement to the
lowest, re��ul�.r, res bidder, to-wit: Ray r. Hess at the prices for said work or
in�rovement na,�ed in said �id, which bid is on file in the office of the City Clerk
of said City, and is hereby referred to for further particulars.
The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to publish notice
of this a:wa.rd twice in the Lynwood Press, a weekly newspaper published and circulated
in said City a.nd hereby designated for that vtxrpose by this City Council.
