RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF A PORTION OF PENDLETON AVENUE BETWEEN COLYER
AVENUE AND ELM AVENUE BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CEMENT COIVCRETE SIDEWALKS.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: That Plans and Specifications No 1955
for the improvement of Pendleton Avenue between Colyer Avenue and
Elm Avenue b,y the construction of cement concrete sidewalks, including
all incidental and appurtenant work, as prepared and submitted by
the City En�ineer of said City on the 15th day of November, Z955
be and the same are hereby adopted as the official plans and speci-
iications for d.oing said vaork and making said improvement. Said.
� plans and specifications shall �;overn for all details of the proposed
work.
Section 2: Tha.t the map or plat marked Plan No. 1955-F-4
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pa,y the costs and expenses of said work or improvement, be and
the same is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment
district for said work or improvement.
