CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2005-70
RESOLUTION APPROVING 2006 FINAL BUDGET
Be it resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the
following sums of money be approved for the 2006 budget:
Revenues* Expenditures
General Fund $3,246,395 $3,246,395
Special Revenue Funds $ 298,500 $ 644,000
Debt Service Funds $ 220,750 $ 55,474
Capital Project Funds $ 998,500 $2,560,370
Water Fund $ 508,425 $3,944,821
Sewer Fund $ 297,000 $ 282,150
*Does not include transfers from fund reserves for 2006 capital projects to be used to meet budgeted expenditures.
Be it also resolved by the city council of the City of Medina, County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that
the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) be accepted for 2006:
2006 CIP $5,962,050

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cavanaugh
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Brinkman)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
