CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-02
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF JIM DILLMAN
WHEREAS, Jim Dillman is currently employed as the city of Medina's public works
director; and
WHEREAS, on December 27, 2005, Jim Dillman submitted a letter of resignation from his
position as public works director addressed to the Medina city council and city administrator; and
WHEREAS, Jim Dillman's letter of resignation indicates his intent to retire from his
position as public works director, effective April 30, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Jim Dillman's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cavanaugh
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Weir)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
