A meeting of the Town Commissioners of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, was held at the Town Hall of said Town on the 17th day of September, A. D. 1927, Commissioner Frank M. Swanson was present and Commissioners Ruggles and Cason were absent. There being less than a quorum of the Commissioners present, Mr. Swanson moved to adjourn said meeting until October 15, 19279 as provided in Article 1, Section 4, of the Charter Act of said Town.
