CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-09
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF JEFFREY
THUL
WHEREAS, Jeffrey Thul is currently employed in the city of Medina's police department;
and
WHEREAS, on January 25, 2006, Jeffrey Thul submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the city's chief of police; and
WHEREAS, Jeffrey Thul's letter of resignation indicates his intent to resign from his
position effective February 9, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Jeffrey Thul's letter of resignation is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cavanaugh
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Weir, Smith, Cavanaugh
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Workman)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
