CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-16
RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR ACE
PROPERTIES, LLC. FOR WEST RIDGE DEVELOPMENT SECOND
ADDITION
WHEREAS, Ace Properties, LLC (the "Applicant") has requested approval from the city
of Medina (the "City") of a final plat to be known as West Ridge Development Second
Addition to allow construction of a six -tenant retail commercial building legally
described as follows:
Lot 1 Block 2, FRANCIS ADDITION and OUTLOT G, MEDINA CLYDESDALE
MARKETPLACE, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Medina city council considered the preliminary plat at its meetings on
October 4 and November 1, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Medina city council considered the final plat at its meeting on February
7, 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that final plat approval be granted to the Applicant for West Ridge
Development Second Addition, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The final plat is subject to approval of the PUD Final Plan of development.
2. The final plat is subject to receipt of an executed copy of the Option Agreement
Between Target Corporation and Ace Properties, LLC.
3. The final plat is subject to the receipt of an executed copy of the Operation and
Easement Agreement between Target Corporation and Ace Properties, LLC.
4. The Applicant shall pay the City a fee sufficient to reimburse the City for the cost of
reviewing this application.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cavanaugh upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
