A regular meeting of the Town Commissioners of the
Town of Gulf Strean, Florida, was held apt the ^own Hall of
said Town on the 20th day of April, �,. D. 1925.
Commissioners I.I. 1. DeP,rlier, H. E. Adams and L. K.
Moss were present.
C. Y. Byrd, Attorne'r, presented to the Commissioners
a copy of the proposed new charter bill. to be introduced in
the coming session of the LeE.:islature, said bill l:earint; the
following title: "An Act to abolish the Present Lunicipal
Government of the Town of Gulf Stream, in Palm Beach County,
and State of Florida; and to 3eincorporate, establish, Organize
and Constitute a -Tew Tuunicipality to be Kiown and Desi {;gated
as the Town of Gulf Stream,. in P; lm Beach County, and State of
Florida; to Define its Territorial Boundaries and r'rovide for
its Jurisdictions, _'owers and Privileges."
The contents of t:e bill was discussed and a copy of
said oro_oosed charter act was delivered to I:.. L. DeParlier,
Mayor, for his inspection.
There being no furthe..� business to come before the Town
Commission, they were regularly adjournec.
