CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2006-18
RESOLUTION RESCINDING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 88-99 FOR
COMMERCIAL LAWN & SNOW, INC. LOCATED AT 5065 COUNTY ROAD
101
WHEREAS, the applicant, Ace Properties, LLC., has requested and the city has
approved, a permitted land use in Urban Commercial for the property located at 5065
County Road 101 (the "Property") ; and
WHEREAS, the city recommends withdrawal of the Conditional Use Permit that
runs with the Property, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Medina, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does rescind Conditional Use Permit 88-99.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cavanaugh upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Brinkman, Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
