RESOLUTION N0. 2617
RESOLUTION �PPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF BEECHWOOD AVENUE BETWEEN LONG BEACH BOULEVARD
AND CALIFORNIA AVENUE BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS,
GUTTERS, DRIVEWAYS, AND SIDEWALKS, AND THE REMOVAL
OF EXISTING PARKWAYS, DRIVEWAYS, AND PORTIONS OF
S IDEWALKS .
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1: That Plans and Specifications No. 1955-c-3
for the improvement of Beechwood Avenue between Long Beach Boulevard
and California Avenue by the construction of cement concrete curbs,
gutters, driveways, and sidewalks, and the removal of existing park-
ways, driveways, and portions of sidewalks, including all incidental
and appurtenant work, as prepared and submitted by the City Engineer
of said City on the 18th day of October, i955 be and the same are
hereby adopted as the official plans and specifications for doing
said work and making said improvement. Said plans and specifications
shall govern for all details of the proposed work.
Section 2: That the map or plat marked Plan rro. 1955-c-4
showing the district of landa to be benefited by and to be assessed
to pay the costs and expenses of said work or improvement, be and
the same is hereby adopted as the official map of the assessment
