A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD, APPROVING REPORT�OF THE CITY,ENGINEER
, AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE MATTER OF THE
PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF PENDLETON
AVENUE BETWEEN COLYER AVENUE AND ELM AVENUE. '
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed. improvement, to-wit,.the
construction of cement concrete sidewalks on a portion of Pendleton
- Avenue between Colyer Avenue and Elm Avenue, all as shown on Plan
No. 1955-F-2 has been prepared by the City Engineer and delivered
to the City Council of the City of Lynwood, as provided in Division
4 of the Streets and Highways Code, cited as the "Special Assessment,
Limitation and Ma,jority Protest Act of 1931" as amended, as directed
, by said City Council a� its regular held on August 16 1955
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
� 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby approve said report and orders that said report be filed
with the City Clerk, -
2. That the City Council does hereby fix the 15th day of
November, 1955 at the hour of 8 o�clock p,m, as•the da.y and hour,
and the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, in the
City of Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any and all
persons interested may appear before said City Council and be heard
on any matter pertaining to said repor.t.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to give the notice
prescribed. by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code referred.
to and cited as 41 Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and
' Majority Protest Act of 1931" to a.11 persons designated in said section.
