RESOLUTION NO.2006-21
RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO TRAFFIC SIGNAL
AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, to enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to
wit:
Install a new Traffic Control Signal with Street Lights, Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption,
Interconnect and Signing on Trunk Highway 55 at Clydesdale Connection in the City of
Medina in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement
No. 88895R, a copy of which was before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Administrator -Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf
of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutions was duly seconded by member Weir and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Weir, Workman, Cavanaugh, Smith
and the following voted against same: (Absent: Brinkman)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
