RE90LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
C2TY OF �.'� APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETB.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
►� ment of Public Worke, Division of Highways, hae presented
� a memorandum oP agreement in accordance with a pro�ect
statement aubmitted by the City of j,y�y�oq�
for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to cities for
the fiscal - year �.��fi, and " �
WHEREA9, the City Council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and ie Pamiliar with the contents thereof,
and desirea to approve the same;. '
THEREFORE, be it reaolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynttuc�d that said agreement for ex-
penditure of the gas tax allocation to citiea be and the
same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
.� directed to sign the same on behalf o£ said City.
