LYNWOOD APPROVING ENGINEER�S REPORT AND AUTH-
ORIZII3G LEVYII3G OF ASSESSMENT COVERING THE E%
" PENSES OF ABATING DRY AND DRYING t�IEEDS FOR THE

� WHEREAS, the City En�ineer has heretofore filed with
the City Council a report setting forth the actual costs for the
abatement of dry and dryin� weeds that existed on certain parcels
_ of land in the City of Lynwood for the 1955-56 fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as follows:
l. That said report, together with the assessment roll
showing the various parcels of land assessed for abating said
nuisance is hereby adopted and approved unmodified;
2. That the levying of the assessment is hereby authorized
and approved;
3, That the City Clerk is hereby.directed to transmit
to the County of Los Arigeles Tax Colleotor tYie assessment roll�for
assessment and collection.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of July 1955
